Mastering:
We will process your track, applying high-quality mastering to ensure it sounds fantastic across all platforms.
Unlimited Revisions:
If you need changes, just let us know. We’re happy to keep working until you’re completely satisfied. However, revision requests should be reasonable and based on the original mastering notes provided. If the revision falls outside of the initial instructions or wasn’t covered in the original mix notes, I will return a new master within 24 hours.
Restoration Services for Detailed Revisions:
If your track requires more detailed revisions — such as extensive noise reduction, distortion repair, or other specialized fixes — Restoration Services may be required.
If I determine that your song needs additional restoration services to achieve the best results, I will notify you during the session.
You’ll be given the option to add these services when checking out if needed.
Final Files Provided:
Once your track is mastered, you will receive the following files:
Hi-Res Master: A high-resolution file (typically 24-bit/48kHz or higher) in WAV or AIFF format, ensuring the highest quality for future distribution.
-1 dB Version: A version of your track with a -1 dB peak level, ensuring no clipping while maintaining loudness.
MP3 (320 kbps): A 320 kbps MP3 version of the track for easy sharing and online use.
File Return:
All files that are sent to us will be returned in the same sample rate and bit depth that were originally submitted. For example, if a client sends a 44.1 kHz 24-bit file, it will be returned as 44.1 kHz 24-bit (Hi-Res). It will not be upsampled to a higher sample rate or bit depth unless explicitly requested.
Track Information:
For future projects, please ensure you provide clear mix sheets, PQ sheets, and album art for smooth processing. We offer a basic DDP metadata for MP3 and Hi-Res formats as part of the mastering service.
Mix Notes / Master Notes (timecode required)
You are welcome to provide LUFS Targets: We typically aim for a -10 LUFS or higher target, or adjust based on the style and dynamics of your track.
Tone Requests: Any tonal preference. References are helpful.
Alternate Mix Masters
If you need sync or instrumental versions of your track, it’s best to submit them along with the original. Additional versions will incur a $9.99 charge per version.
Metadata and Art
Please ensure metadata and album art are finalized when submitting when your music for mastering.
File Retention & Backup
File Retention: After the project is completed and the client has approved the final files, we do not retain the session files for extended periods. Final mastered files are available for download for 7 days. After this period, files will no longer be available.
Client Backup Responsibility:
It's your responsibility to back up your files before the 7-day period ends. We recommend maintaining your own backups of all session files.
Storage Options: If you'd like to keep session files for ongoing revisions, we can hold them for up to 30 days after project completion. After that, storage fees may apply, or you can purchase a dedicated USB drive for your files.

How to upload audio files to WeTransfer:

Click “Add your files”: Choose the audio files (.Zip, WAV, etc.) you want to send.
Enter your email: In the sender's email field, use your own email address.
Enter my email: For the recipient, use [email protected].

Confirmation Code: You might be asked to check your email for a confirmation code to complete the transfer. Just grab the code from your email inbox and enter it when prompted.
